September Is Upon Us.

Okay, so my freshers week is supposedly starting on the 22nd of September, and here we are on the 2nd and I’m still non the wiser as to what is happening. 

I have no induction timetable or course timetable yet, and I’m getting extremely nervous about starting. I feel that over the past year or so I have begun to suffer from social anxiety again, and that is not something that I am happy about considering I had kicked this problem in the past.

I figure the best way to get past this, however, is just to continue working on myself and liking myself better. That is the only way that I can move forward.

Have any of you experienced social anxiety, and if so how do you overcome it?
