Okay, so I thought I’d share one of my all time favorite snacks with you guys and how I make it. Here’s a hint, it’s super simple.
Peanut butter and banana bites.
- A banana
- Peanut butter. Smooth is best but if you prefer crunchy that should be fine.
- A knife
- A tray or some kind of container
First things first, you need to peel the banana. Then chop both of the ends off and either throw them away or eat them there and then. Next chop the banana into slices, I prefer them thicker but you can cut to the thickness you prefer, and lay the slices out in pairs.
Next grab your peanut butter and put a bit onto half of the banana slices.
Then place the other half of the slices on top so you make like a sandwich.
Finally place all the bites into the container and place into the freezer for a few hours. I tend to leave them for around two hours, so they are slightly crunchy but not too solid.
That’s it! You are done. Now just enjoy your snacks. And they’re pretty healthy too!
