Day 1.

I have been overweight all my life, and it has over the years seriously affected my self-esteem and confidence. At one point, I was surviving on Diet Coke and chewing gum. At the time, I was super happy because I was losing weight and that was finally what I wanted. The problem was that I wasn’t losing fat, just muscle and so my body shape never really changed; and that was what I hated.

Over the past few years since then my weight has seriously yo-yo’ed. But I think its finally time to change that!

My sister’s wedding is coming up soon and if that’s not a good enough incentive then I don’t know what is.
